After a long period of developing a complete new CleverCleaner version, the first beta edition is now out there. I have been testing CleverCleaner on many different systems but I cannot test anything. So before I’m going to release the first release candidate of CleverCleaner Version 2 it would be great if as many people as possible could test the new version and report found bugs in the Bug Tracker.

In the last few weeks I have been working on a complete new CleverCleaner version. I have been rewriting almost all of the code from version one and adding a lot of new features like complete Windows Vista support. The new release will be open source and published under the GPL v2 (or later) licence. If anything goes well a first beta version should be release either this week or at the latest next week.

The old CleverCleaner website was already older than 5 years. Now it’s definitely time for a new one which should look a bit better (hopefully , comments are allowed) and should be also more flexible in adding new pages and news. So here it is, thank WordPress.
